ORIENTATION PROGRAM

The orientation program for the newly admitted first year undergraduate students of undergraduate and Post graduate was organized on 6th July, 2019. Students were formally welcomed and introduced to the culture of the college, campus and University.

The orientation began with an inaugural ceremony in college auditorium. The program started with a welcome note. Principal Dr. Jitendra Aherkar sir address new members of the college. The students spent time interacting with each other and knowing the faculty members in a fun-filled environment. The session was handled by Prof. Sonali Shiralkar with a brief presentation about the college. Student Volunteers of senior batch also helped to carry out this activity. The students were also briefed about Rules and regulations of the institution. Principal also addressed the students and advised them to be focused on academics. During the orientation, Organizational Development Consulting was done in the campus and explained the students how to set their career goals. In this event, senior students did video presentations,which has a great impact on fresher’s. Coordinator for the different courses had a discussion with students. Prof Deepti Sadvelkar, Prof Aruna Singham ,Prof Nikhil Mane ,Prof Shivani Mathur, Prof Surya Prakash Singh and Prof .Suraj kumar Dubey have played active role in success on the event. This event was aimed to imbibe a sense of commitment and responsibility of the students’ development.
